Details you submit

The form asks for your name, phone number and ZIP. You may also provide a project type and message. Please do not send financial account details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

How a request is used

We store your request in our lead management system to handle the inquiry. The details may be passed to one independent local flooring company so it can discuss your project by phone.

The company is responsible for its own quote, service terms and work. Sending a request does not book an installation. Avoid submitting another person's contact details without permission.

Website operation

Our hosting and form services process technical information needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse. The form system uses network information to limit repeated submissions.

Cloudflare Web Analytics may be enabled to measure site visits. Operational records and backups may contain submitted requests. We do not request payment information through this form.
